Cell phones are becoming more useful, yet taking away experiences from people all over the world. People are becoming more reliable on their cell phones for different things. There are many pros and cons to having a cell phone.
Not only are cell phones expensive to buy and use, but Cheating in school has become a huge issue because of a student's cell phone issue. Cell phones now have internet connection and it is very easy to just ‘click’ on google and search for answers. Cell phones can also be very distracting from more important events in a person's life. Cell phones can distract someone from their homework, work, relationships and their daily everyday life. They can even distract drivers in their car. Though cell phones have their cons, they also have pros in which they can be beneficial. Cell phone usage can create more creating, but on the other hand, it can create better study and learning habits. People can learn a new form of technology as well as learning what's on the internet and how to use it. This can help someone learn more information about things and can teach them how to do better research on projects or activities. Cell phones can also teach a child or teenager responsibility as well as safety. This teaches a person how to handle their phone without dropping or breaking it. It teaches someone that they can call or text someone if needed and can create security. Lastly, a cell phone can help with tracking. Cell phones have a GPS on the phone and can help someone reach their destination they are trying to reach. Nobody will get lost anymore if they have a functioning phone with a gps on it. Parents of younger children can also keep an eye on their child by tracking their phone to make sure they are not going to places they are unaware of. Cell phones have their pros and their cons, so many people have different thoughts and opinions on cell phones. Many people have them because of what they can do, but many choose not to have them because they can distract people from living their life.
